Neya Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment
Neya has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.
2. Prohibited Content
Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming behavior, coercion, trafficking, or sexual extortion involving minors
- Attempts to use Neya to contact or exploit minors for sexual purposes
3. Reporting and Action
We provide in-app reporting mechanisms for users to report inappropriate or illegal content and behavior.
When we become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we may:
- Remove or restrict violating content immediately
- Suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts
- Preserve and review relevant records where required
- Report credible cases to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities, as required by law
